The 2018 Caryn Renae Sauvignon Blanc embodies the classic character of this varietal from head to toe – from its brilliant lemon hue to aromatics of gooseberry, boxwood and freshly cut grass, to young pineapple and lemon verbena.
Early nosings detect notes of dill and black pepper. On the palate Cazadores is nimble and off-dry at entry, then by midpalate the flavor resembles cocoa bean and asparagus. Finish is clean, light and off-dry.
