This Junmai Daiginjo is made from Bizen Omachi rice polished to 48%. When poured into a glass, it has a charming aroma reminiscent of cherries, which alone raises our expectations.
The nose on this extremely well-packaged sake is a tapestry of blueberry, pear, mango, and honeydew wafts. This very bright and fruit-forward Daiginjo has an acidity act that speaks to wine drinkers.
