Product details
Appearance: Deep, natural antique mahogany with rich, slow-moving legs on the glass.
Nose (Aroma): Intense and aristocratic. Deep, decadent waves of dark chocolate-covered espresso beans, treacle, and rich rancio flavor, closely followed by vintage leather, oil, dried figs, bruised blood orange peel, and underlying antique oak furniture polish.
Palate (Taste): Viscous, complex, and full-bodied. The immediate entry brings a burst of dark molasses, dark muscovado sugar, and succulent black cherries. It quickly transitions into savory elements of roasted walnuts, clove spice, warming ginger, and a distinct leather-and-tobacco leaf leafiness that balances out the intense fruit sweetness.
Finish: Exceptionally long, dry, and evolving. It leaves lingering notes of heavily sherried oak tannins, bitter cocoa, dried winter plums, and a faint hint of peppermint-infused espresso.
