3PEAKS is made with Dewasansan rice grown local. With a gentle yet rich aroma of ripened fruits, the essence of every single flavour umami, dry, sweet and sour, spreads out leaving behind a lovely aftertaste.
This beautiful Junmai Daiginjo is aged for a minimum of 3 years in Hakkai Brewery’s snow-storage room, called the Yukimuro. The flavor is initially subdued, before it unfolds the rich and solid sake that it is.
This is Asahi brewery's very limited premium sake. Takanenishiki sake rice is polished down to 28% of its original size and fermented for an entire year to achieve a well-balanced flavor with very clean, sophisticated finish.
Gentle aroma of banana, pear, pineapple and apple compote with petite yellow flower. Very soft entrance, quiet acidity, juicy fruits expand in mid-palate, rounded mouthfeel, lifted silky finish. Elegance and craftsmanship show in this sake.
