Product details
Perfect sake water source - a spring at the base of Mount Suganadake in Niigata prefecture. The success led the brewery to truck in water from that same spring to use in all their sake. Made from Gohyakumakangoku rice polished to 65% and fermented with sake yeast #74 and #8, this sake is crisp and clean. Aromas of wet river stone, melon, and white peach. The mouth is mineral, clear and hides a hint of umami.
