Founded in 1892, Dewazakura pioneered the ginjo sake revolution with their iconic Oka Ginjo in 1980, setting a national standard for fragrant, elegant brews. Camus, a world-renowned Champagne cellar master, brings the French art of assemblage—the blending of complementary aromas and textures—to the sake world, creating balanced, complex compositions that embody HEAVENSAKE’s house style: playful, floral, and exceptionally smooth.
