Summer Wu Chia Pi Cocktail

2 oz Wu Chia Pi Chiew, 1 oz Lemon Juice, 0.5 oz Honey Syrup, 2 slices Cucumber, A few Mint Leaves, Soda Water, Ice Cubes

In a cocktail shaker, combine Five-Jia-Pi wine, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Add cucumber slices and mint leaves. Add ice cubes and gently shake.
