Aged Guizhou Moutai liquor, aged 30 years, is produced in the core area protected by the geographical indication of Guizhou Moutai liquor. Utilizing the unique natural environment, it uses local high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water as raw materials and is elaborately brewed using the scientific and unique traditional craftsmanship of Guizhou Moutai liquor. It is meticulously blended multiple times with base liquor aged 15 years and older using the "liquor blending" method, extracting the essence from over 1500 base liquors. The product has typical characteristics of a strong sauce aroma, elegant delicacy, rich and mellow body, soft and full, evident mature flavor, and long-lasting aftertaste, with a lingering fragrance even after the cup is emptied.

30-year-old Moutai liquor has a rich and delicate aroma, accompanied by complex fragrances and smoky notes. It has a smooth taste, a lingering aftertaste, and a silky sweetness. The aroma of walnuts and hazelnuts, among other dried fruits, is full-bodied and rich, with a long-lasting finish.

The Moutai spirit is made from a mix of locally produced red sorghum (a small grain rich in tannins), wheat, and water. It is 100% organic, without the addition of any artificial additives. The distillate will be kept in big terracotta pots for at least 3 years, enabling the spirit to reach its 155 different aromatic substances, like the aromas of wheat, grain, hazelnut, roasted walnut, various fruits, mint, caramel, chocolate, floral and herbal aspects, and many more.
The Moutai spirit is manually cultivated following the lunar calendar, and the art of production is passed on from generation to generation. Every production cycle takes one year. From the selection of ingredients to the delivery of the finished product, the production cycle takes 5 years, passing through no less than 30 processes and 165 different procedures. Only brandy from the town of Cognac can be labeled Cognac, the same goes for Moutai, which can only be produced in Moutai town. Any attempts to replicate this unique baijiu elsewhere have failed. The environment and ancient methods have created an irreplaceable product!

45 ml Moutai 30-Year, 15 ml Honey Syrup, 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice, 2 dashes Orange Bitters, Ice cubes, Lemon twist for garnish
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add Moutai 30-year, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and orange bitters to the mixing glass. Stir well until thoroughly chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
