The production blends precision and tradition: indigenous yeast, about 50 % whole clusters, and maturation in barrels (30 % new), resulting in a richly colored mid-crimson-purple expression with depth and poise.
On the nose, this 2021 release is expressive yet refined, offering lush notes of dark raspberry, floral accents reminiscent of rose petals, bramble fruit, a hint of mint, and a whisper of licorice alongside subtle spice.
