A sparkling Japanese sake crafted using a kijoshu made from a 40-year aged Daiginjo, carefully preserved by three generations of the brewery. The kijoshu undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is further aged in cherry wood barrels, resulting in a truly unique and one-of-a-kind sake.
