Crafted with six carefully selected grains—sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat, corn, and barley—this spirit undergoes solid-state fermentation, solid-state distillation, long-term aging, and masterful blending, resulting in an elegant style that is rich and mellow, smooth and rounded, clean and refreshing on the palate, with a lingering finish.

China has a brewing history of 5000 years, with a long and profound brewing civilization. Among them, Shede Spirits stands out for its characteristic of "ecological brewing." Located in a geographical area naturally suited for brewing fine liquor, Shede Spirits possesses an irreplaceable quadruple brewing ecosystem. The unique geographical features form vast natural brewing pits, recognized as ideal places for producing high-quality liquor. The ecological environment of climate, soil, and water, integrated into one, is extremely conducive to the growth and reproduction of brewing microorganisms. The aging of the pit mud and the enrichment of brewing microorganisms provide a rich ecological basis for the formation of the flavor substances in the Shede series of liquors.
High-quality water sources originate from the snow-capped peak of Min Mountain at an altitude of 5588 meters, forming the water of the Fu River, and from the geological evolution of the Tuquan water system, which is enriched with minerals. After multiple layers of sand and gravel filtration, the water is clear and free of impurities. Water used for brewing has a clear color and fragrance, distinct from ordinary drinking water. Inheriting the ancient qu fermentation process from the "Taihe Qujing," Shede Spirits has developed the "211" qu fermentation process, producing precious "golden qu." Combined with the "six-grain strong aroma process" using six-grain ingredients (sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, sweet corn, wheat, and barley), Shede's base liquor has characteristics of a "mellow, sweet, clean, and refreshing" style.

优质水源源自海拔5588米岷山雪宝顶的积雪，化为的涪江之水，沱泉水系植物体经地质演变矿化而涵养的水源，又经多层砂砾过滤，水质清澈、无杂质;泉水用于酿酒则色清气香，迥异于一般饮用泉水。传承了《太禾曲经》中古老的制曲工艺，研创“211”制曲工艺，制出堪比黄金一样珍贵的“黄金酒曲”。配合“六粮浓香工艺”，六粮配料（高粱香、大米净、糯米绵、玉米甜、小麦洌、大麦），形成了舍得基酒的“醇、甜、净、爽”风格特征。
