Shede Collection 10-Year is a classic aged that has been carefully matured for a decade, featuring a base aged over 10 years combined with 20-year-old seasoned blending.
Shede Collection 10-Year features a clear and bright body with elegant and pleasant aromas. On the palate, it is smooth and delicate, rich and rounded, with a clean and harmonious balance.
Golden Reverie
40ml Shede Collection 10-Year, 15ml osmanthus honey (or osmanthus syrup), 10ml aged tangerine peel liqueur (or Cointreau), 10ml fresh lemon juice, 1 dash orange bitters (optional), ice as needed, dried osmanthus flowers or orange peel (for garnish).
Add Shede Collection 10-Year, osmanthus honey, tangerine peel liqueur, lemon juice, and bitters into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well for about 15 seconds to chill and blend the flavors. Strain into a pre-chilled old-fashioned glass (or small cocktail glass). Garnish with dried osmanthus or a twist of orange peel to gently release the aroma.
