M9 is crafted in the heart of the Dream Blue production region, adhering to a meticulous process to aging. Only about 50ml of M9 can be produced from every 50 liters of high-quality original baijiu. Aged for a minimum of 20 years, stored in small pots for over 8,000 days in a century-old underground storage. The result is a baijiu with a yellowish hue, a fragrant aroma, and a smooth, mellow taste.

Blue Dream of the East
45ml Yanghe Dream Blue M9, 15ml Blue Curaçao, 15ml Lemon Juice, 10ml Honey Water, Soda Water (as needed)
Combine the Dream Blue M9, Blue Curaçao, lemon juice, and honey water in a shaker. Shake well and pour into a glass with ice. Top off with soda water and gently stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon for a refreshing and elegant blend.
