Little Book The Infinite: Edition III continues Freddie Noe’s evolving “Infinite” concept, building on previous releases by carrying whiskey from earlier batches into an ever-developing blend. This 2026 release brings together mature bourbons and other American whiskey components to create a deeply layered and expressive profile, balancing rich oak character with vibrant sweetness and spice. Bottled at barrel strength, Edition III presents concentrated flavor and texture while reflecting the creative blending philosophy at the heart of the Little Book series. The result is an evolving expression in which each release remains connected to those that came before it while developing its own distinct character.
The nose opens with dark caramel, maple syrup, toasted oak, dried cherry, vanilla bean, and baking spice, with roasted nut nuances adding further depth. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, revealing brown sugar, charred oak, dark fruit, cinnamon spice, creamy vanilla, rye pepper, and layers of caramelized sweetness. The long, warming finish brings lingering oak tannin, cocoa bitterness, baking spice, and rich caramel depth, creating a powerful and persistent profile.
