Hibiki 21 Year Mount Fuji Blended Japanese Whisky Limited Edition is a commemorative presentation released by Suntory in 2013 to mark Mount Fuji’s addition to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. The liquid is the same Hibiki 21 Year blend, bringing together aged malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu with Chita grain whisky, matured in American oak, Spanish oak, and rare Japanese Mizunara oak. What sets this limited edition apart is its distinctive bottle design: the 24-facet bottle represents the 24 traditional micro-seasons of the Japanese calendar, while the Mount Fuji edition features a hand-painted Fuji image by Japanese artist Tsuguharu Foujita.
