Saint Benevolence's flagship rum, the 5 Year is a blend of hand-selected Caribbean rum made from the highest quality sugarcane juice from the Dominican Republic and sugarcane molasses from Barbados using both pot and column distillation methods.
Created by Sammy Hager of Van Halen this tequila is made of 100% blue Agave. The process includes aging in oak barrels and fine-tuning the fermented juice to create a flavor filled smooth style to be enjoyed the Cabo Wabo way.
Origarami is an extremely rare style where fine rice particles are left in the sake, leaving it hazy, with a silken texture and subtle sweetness. Not to be confused with nigori, where rice solids are left suspended in the bottle.
Matured in selected Spanish oloroso sherry and American bourbon casks and was bottled in the year 2010 on the occasion of a dramatic event in the distillery s history in a limited edition without chill filtration.
