Smooth, well balanced and full body traditional sake. Served chilled this Classic Junmai Sake offers a very fine texture with harmonious aromas and flavors of macadamia nuts, Chai spice (cardamom, nutmeg), vanilla, heavy cream and freshly sliced bread.
Distinctive pleasant flowery aroma that reminds a lily of the valley, and elegant transparent feeling. As it goes down, a beautiful after taste undertones of pineapple lingers on.
Aroma of white peach and nectarine followed by coconut and yogurt. On the palate, the sake provides mild flavor of marshmallow and a hint of "Ramune". Well-balanced sake with a touch of sweetness.
“Tenkawa” is named after Tenkawa Shrine, god of entertainment and performing arts. It has a rich, enticing aroma that makes you want to dance followed by a sharp, dry quality with an intriguing umami touch.
The nose is a delicate interplay of rice sweetness, floral notes, and a hint of umami. On the palate, the sake unfolds with a smooth and velvety texture, showcasing flavors of steamed rice, melon, and a touch of minerality.
Brewed using Kochi prefecture's original rice, Gin no Yume, this sake has an umami-rich taste. The savory tones are enhanced by slightly citrusy flavors that yield a clean, refreshing finish.
Although from a reputable brewery from a very historic region, this is not your typical junmai daiginjo. On the palate, it has a layered depth from the Omachi rice grown in Bizen-no-kuni in Okayama prefecture — the birthplace of this heirloom strain.
