Pale yellow with faint green highlights and delicate bubbles. Nose: lively and cheerful, fresh, light-hearted, fine, delicate and generous. Aromas of baked brioche. Palate: elegant and fresh with a very nice and lingering finish. Notes of dried apples, almond and honey.
