The strength of fruit grown on sun-drenched, south-facing slopes is balanced by the refinement of chalky subsoils, resulting in a creation that is both powerful and elegant. Made primarily from the 2020 harvest with a portion of carefully preserved reserve selections. The composition is gently aged in oak and rests undisturbed for three years before release, allowing depth, texture, and purity to emerge.
Fresh and finely detailed, it reveals layers of citrus zest, pear, and white stone fruit, lifted by subtle spice and mineral brightness. The palate is taut and vibrant, with a saline edge and a long, graceful finish. Ideally suited to refined seafood such as oysters or scallops, it also complements light savory bites, where its clarity and structure enhance every flavor on the plate.
