The Ming River is the original site Sichuan, China brand. Using traditional methods passed down from master to apprentice for over twenty generations and undergoing a two-month fermentation process using local natural yeast.
Aromas of green apple peel and tropical fruit of papaya, guava, melon, and pineapple; with some anise, spicy pink peppercorn, and dried hay flavor. It has a long, mellow, and earthy finish.
