Moutai Yingbin Liquor is crafted from premium glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water, using the traditional Daqu sauce-aroma baijiu production techniques. It is carefully brewed, aged, and blended without any added aroma or flavor substances. The liquor is characterized by an elegant sauce aroma, a full-bodied palate, a mellow and refreshing taste, a relatively long finish, and a lingering fragrance that remains in the empty glass.

Moutai Yingbin Liquor (Purple Edition) features purple as the main packaging color, symbolizing the auspicious meaning of “purple air coming from the east.” The golden bottle cap and the traditional Chinese characters for “Moutai Yingbin Liquor” give it a classic, vintage look, embodying the spirit of hospitality, welcoming guests with a fine drink. It expresses goodwill and the idea of “greeting,” creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere where honored guests are always present.

This Moutai baijiu is a fresher, lighter and more delicate variation, ideal for those new to Moutai or those who prefer a gentler taste. Yingbin (purple) is defined by its fresh and sweet aroma of apple and pear, and is very mellow in flavour.

这种茅台白酒是一款更清新、更轻盈、更细腻的版本,非常适合初次接触茅台的人或偏好柔和口感的饮用者。迎宾(紫)以清新甜美的苹果和梨香为特色,口感十分醇和。

The Moutai spirit is made from a mix of locally produced red sorghum (a small grain rich in tannins), wheat, and water. It is 100% organic, without the addition of any artificial additives. The distillate will be kept in big terracotta pots for at least 3 years, enabling the spirit to reach its 155 different aromatic substances, like the aromas of wheat, grain, hazelnut, roasted walnut, various fruits, mint, caramel, chocolate, floral and herbal aspects, and many more.

The Moutai spirit is manually cultivated following the lunar calendar, and the art of production is passed on from generation to generation. Every production cycle takes one year. From the selection of ingredients to the delivery of the finished product, the production cycle takes 5 years, passing through no less than 30 processes and 165 different procedures. Only brandy from the town of Cognac can be labeled Cognac, the same goes for Moutai, which can only be produced in Moutai town. Any attempts to replicate this unique baijiu elsewhere have failed. The environment and ancient methods have created an irreplaceable product!

Moutai Blush

Moutai Yingbin 2cl, Guava Juice 10cl, Lime Juice 1cl

Pour 2 cl of Moutai Yingbin, 10 cl of guava juice, and 1 cl of lime juice into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled, then strain into a glass and serve immediately.
