Moutai 1935 is crafted from the core production areas along the Chishui River basin, including the Heyixing region and the protected Geographical Indication core area of Kweichow Moutai. Relying on this unique natural environment, it uses premium red sorghum, wheat, and water from the Chishui River as raw materials, and follows the traditional Daqu sauce-aroma (sauce-flavor) baijiu brewing process. Its distinctive character lies in the “blending base spirits with base spirits” technique, organically combining and carefully blending base liquors from the two core regions to create a rich sauce aroma, a harmonious body, and a long, lingering finish.

The bottle design of Moutai 1935 is steeped in cultural significance. A long embossed relief vividly depicts legendary stories such as “The Origin of Moutai,” “Sichuan Salt into Guizhou,” and “Millennia of Brewing Arts.” The texts and illustrations are presented in raised relief, symbolizing the engraving of time and the commemoration of history while paying tribute to generations of craftsmanship. The bottle’s golden rippling water patterns along the shoulder evoke the shimmering waves of the Chishui River and the sedimentation of time’s rings. The Moutai spirit is made from a mix of locally produced red sorghum (a small grain rich in tannins), wheat, and water. It is 100% organic, without the addition of any artificial additives. The distillate will be kept in big terracotta pots for at least 3 years, enabling the spirit to reach its 155 different aromatic substances, like the aromas of wheat, grain, hazelnut, roasted walnut, various fruits, mint, caramel, chocolate, floral and herbal aspects, and many more.

The Moutai spirit is manually cultivated following the lunar calendar, and the art of production is passed on from generation to generation. Every production cycle takes one year. From the selection of ingredients to the delivery of the finished product, the production cycle takes 5 years, passing through no less than 30 processes and 165 different procedures. Only brandy from the town of Cognac can be labeled Cognac; the same goes for Moutai, which can only be produced in Moutai town. Any attempts to replicate this unique baijiu elsewhere have failed. The environment and ancient methods have created an irreplaceable product!

Moutai 1935 35ml, Lychee Liqueur 15 ml, Lemon Juice 20 ml, Sugar Syrup 10 ml, Topped with Soda

Add Moutai 1935, lychee liqueur, lemon juice, and sugar syrup into a shaker filled with ice, then shake well until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda to finish.

酱香荔影

茅台1935 35毫升,荔枝利口酒15毫升,柠檬汁20毫升,糖浆10毫升,苏打水适量

将茅台1935、荔枝利口酒、柠檬汁和糖浆加入装有冰块的摇酒壶,充分摇匀至冰凉。过滤倒入装有冰块的玻璃杯中,最后加入苏打水即可。
