The National Cellar Spirit of China has a soft and sweet aroma on the nose, and has fresh and clean tones on the palate. It is known for its exquisite craftsmanship including the fermentation and storage methods. It is the only strong-flavoured Baijiu made with organic ingredients to date. 1573 National Cellars was accredited as one of the Chinese National Cultural Heritages in 1996. It holds the Guinness World Records of the oldest and most intact fermentation cellar, back to the Ming Dynasty (AD 1368-1644). Limited supply.
