Apple, pear, and grape skin dominate the nose, and earthier fermented notes can also be detected. An explosion of umami flavors on the palate, with pineapple, licorice, sesame, and seaweed notes that build to an expansive finish.

Jiaolong Dragon is a moreish shaojiu robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml baijiu Guojiao and 20ml Mandarin Liqueur BVland with 20ml mandarin juice as well as 20ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into the shaker then add all ingredients to the shaker and shake well. Rest and shake again, then serve in a glass cold.
