Fen Chiew is a representation of light fragrance Baijiu. Made with sorghum and “Qing Qu” (living yeast made of barley and peas), this bottle of Fen Chiew was fermented twice, and aged for 30 years. It is bottled in a blue and white porcelain which not only exudes elegance, but also allows spirits to further mature.
It is known for its light aroma, clear color, smooth structure and long finish. Traditionally, Fen Chiew is served warm at 40℃.
