GUJINGGONG Baijiu is made of selected sorghum, rice, wheat, glutinous rice and corn, brewed with the intangible cultural heritage "Jiuyun Jiufa" brewing craftsmanship, fermented in the pits of Ming Dynasty with more than 500 years history.
An exquisite interplay of richness and vibrancy: acacia honey, apricot jam, candied mango, and hints of roasted hazelnut glide across the tongue. A pronounced minerality carries through to a remarkably long finish, imprinting the wine’s chalky origins.
A delicate balance of dryness and depth. Initial Ginjo‑fruit notes—think honeyed melon or banana—have evolved through the aging process into richer, more layered aromas: caramel, brown sugar, incense, sandalwood, and light nuttiness.
