Sayuri means "little lily" a perfect description for this soft floral-noted Nigori. This unfiltered sake has a very light nose filled with lush cream, cherry blossom, and light fruit. Semi-sweet palate with a very smooth finish.
This sake is stored in cedar barrels made in house at Kikumasamune, using cedar from sustainably maintained Yoshinosugi area. The flavor is a bit smokey with umami in the front and some lingering spiciness in the back.

year old single malt Scotch whisky was bottled in 1975 having been
acquired from a private collection (a common occurrence with
vintages distilled during WWII).
The flavor is pleasant with a long aftertaste and a whiff of sweet rice scent, freshness within bamboo on finish, taste unexpectedly surprising when paired with salads or dry cheeses.
It is made from the original wine collected by Jiugui Group for many years. The yield is rare and the quality is unique. Produced in Hunan, China, it is a local fine wine.
