Marking the brand’s 15th anniversary, this 9-year limited edition is described by co-founder Brett Carlile as one of Woodinville’s finest achievements. Nine years ago, the team set out to create something truly special, carefully guiding grain from mash to glass. Crafted in small batches, the grains are transformed on-site before being rolled into private barrel houses.
The aroma opens with inviting layers of dark caramel, vanilla, nougat, and toasted nuts, supported by warm spice and subtle cocoa. On the palate, it develops into a full tapestry of caramel, molasses, and toffee, balanced by honeyed sweetness, dried fruit, and nutty undertones. Notes of cinnamon and nutmeg provide gentle warmth, while mature oak adds grounding structure. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering oak, spice, and sweetness, offering refined depth that reflects nearly a decade of patience and craftsmanship.
