Winery Notes- Deep ruby in color with an expressive nose of raspberry, black cherry, cinnamon and rose petal. Mouth-coating flavors of strawberry, black currant, and dried herb coat the mouth leading to an expansive, juicy red-fruit finish.
Opulent, broad, full-bodied and more mature than I expected given how this wine showed in its youth, this deep, rich Cabernet Sauvignon is exceptional. However, in this vintage it has to take a back seat to a number of other cuvees.
It has a rich texture and flavors, yet it's light on its feet, with honeyed apricot, dried pineapple, peanut brittle and hints of earthy horseradish notes. Wonderful acidity runs throughout.

A plush Bordeaux-like wine with lots of structure, elegant licorice, unsmoked cigar tobacco as well as tobacco leaf, and plenty of black currants and cedar wood, it is medium to full-bodied, delicious and best drunk over the next 10-12 years.
Continuum Proprietary Red is a Bordeaux Blend Red from Oakville. It is packaged in a 750ml bottle. Another fine Bordeaux Blend Red from Continuum. This is the 2011 vintage of the Continuum Proprietary Red.
From a magnum, this lighter styled Schrader was medium bodied, mature and served up its sweet, fresh, bright, dark red cherry and earthy profile, with ease. This is not a wine that needs decanting or further aging.
