Kirinzan Lemonade brings together the clean character of Niigata rice with the bright citrus expression of Setouchi lemons, creating a light and refreshing Japanese-style lemonade. Its base is Kirinzan Classic Futsushu, made with 100% locally grown rice from the Oku-Aga area of Niigata. After fermentation and pressing, the base is pasteurized and aged in tanks for more than six months before being gently diluted with water and blended with freshly squeezed Setouchi lemon juice and sugar. This thoughtful combination reflects Kirinzan’s connection to Niigata’s renowned rice-growing region while adding a distinctly vibrant citrus character.
Light, crisp, and citrus-forward, Kirinzan Lemonade features soft rice-derived umami alongside the bright, zesty flavor of fresh Setouchi lemon.
