Product details
Aroma (The Nose): A highly expressive, seductive bouquet dominated by fresh fruits. You will immediately pick up intense aromas of ripe musk melon, green apple, juicy pear, and white peach, underscored by subtle hints of white floral blossoms and soft sweet rice.
Palate (The Taste): The entry is exceptionally juicy, velvety, and rich. Thanks to the Muroka nature, it has a dense, full-bodied presence on the tongue. This sweetness is perfectly cut by a crisp, lively, and faintly effervescent prickle on the palate—a signature characteristic of fresh Arabashiri sake. It tastes of luscious honeyed fruits balanced by a deeply underlying umami structure.
Finish: Surprisingly clean, pristine, and elegant. The Nakadori aspect ensures that despite its bold fruitiness and rich texture, it rounds out beautifully with zero rough edges, leaving behind a crisp, slightly dry, and lingering echo of green fruit.
