This creation is the result of a global journey in search of extraordinary influences, inspired by the vibrant colors and aromas of spice markets. Drawing on these inspirations, it was developed using a pioneering combination of four distinct cask types, each contributing its own character. Moroccan red wine casks crafted from French oak bring mouth-watering layers of sweet spice, while newly charred oak adds depth and warmth. Shaved, toasted red wine casks introduce nuanced fruity notes, and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks offer rich, sweet undertones. The result is a beautifully layered expression that balances complexity with approachability, evoking exotic markets and far-flung landscapes in every experience.
On the nose, this creation is wonderfully perfumed, with floral notes of rose, carnation, jasmine, and lilac intertwined with aromatic spices such as cumin, saffron, nutmeg, ginger, chili, and anise.
