This vintage is composed entirely of Meunier and reflects the Gamet family’s deep-rooted dedication to sustainable practices and parcel-specific expression. Crafted with natural yeasts and matured for extended periods—ten months on fine lees followed by three years of rest—it achieves a purity and intricate depth, maintained through a minimalist dosage approach.
This release is animated by spicy aromas of white pepper and ripe raspberries, with hints of toasted spice giving it both vividness and depth. Its texture is juicy and textured, supported by a refined and peppery mousse, culminating in a long, generous finish marked by sapidity and structure.
