Deep amber with a cherry wood sheen. A delicate mix of ripe autumnal fruits - notably blackberries and red plums. Rich Oloroso sherry and candied orange segments. Spiced oatmeal biscuits and toasted oak fragrances bring excellent weight and balance.
Overall a light and delicate junmai ginjo; lower in aroma and fruit than many ginjos. Representative of the Hiroshima region which is known for soft water and crisp flavors.

A little water dries, and introduces a trace of chocolate malt. Body: Medium-full bodied, with an oily and rich texture. Taste: Rich, smooth, sweet and warming; fruity too. Much more savoury than the nose, with barrel char, spicy oak and liquorice.

This is a blended malt whisky released by Hombo Shuzo, which also has been further finished in red wine casks. Ruby red color, with the wine cask delivering a fruity and spicy palate along with pleasant lingering tannins on the finish.
The Glendronach 25Yr 1994 Port Pipe Single Cask #5287 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 750ml
Color in chestnut gold, nose with highland toffee and walnut with dark chocolate truffle and the seductive scent of an earthen floored warehouse. The plate are walnut and black truffle with lingering toffee, cocoa and dark bramble fruit.
Rich aromas of leather, raisin, prune, and sweet chestnut. The palate unfolds with layers of brown sugar, dried fig, apricot jam, cedar, and pain d’épices, culminating in an extremely rich finish highlighted by cinnamon and the influence of Mizunara oak.
A silky smooth taste with subtle notes of oak and fruit, culminating in a clean, crisp finish. This whisky pairs wonderfully with a variety of foods, particularly Japanese cuisine.
