The wine is crafted exclusively from estate-grown Sangiovese, vinified and matured entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve the pristine varietal aromas and bright, fresh character of the fruit. After fermentation and a brief post-ferment maceration, the wine rests for a minimum of six months in bottle before release, allowing its flavors to integrate harmoniously.
