On the nose, this whisky presents an evolving bouquet of fruit Life Savers, ground black pepper, pear, peeled apple, vanilla, hay bales, lemon zest, sweet apple, and barley sugar. The palate is rich and balanced, featuring juicy fruitiness that builds to clove and oak spices, becoming creamier with notes of poached pear, baked orange, toasted spices, oat cookies, brownies, malt, and Lotus Biscoff. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering lemony tartness and a hint of spice.
