**Umani Ronchi Conero Riserva Campo San Giorgio 2019** is the pinnacle expression of Montepulciano from the Conero area, and the most important project in Umani Ronchi's long history with this noble varietal. Sourced from a single parcel of land in the municipality of Osimo, clearly marked on the label, this wine is the result of meticulous experimentation and dedication to terroir. The label’s design pays homage to the family’s winemaking heritage, echoing the aesthetic of Rosso Conero bottles from the 1970s and depicting the surrounding landscape of Camerano and Mount Conero. Crafted with care, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation followed by 12 months of aging in small barrels and another 12 months in large casks. It is neither fined nor filtered, and matures an additional 8–10 months in bottle to achieve its full complexity and refinement.

In the glass, Campo San Giorgio 2019 displays a deep ruby red hue with flashes of purple and garnet. The nose is rich and layered, offering aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and orange peel, interwoven with sweet spices such as vanilla and licorice.
