In honor of Uncle Tom Westberg and his love of Zin. In this vintage the Zin was co-fermented with the Tempranillo and aged for 22 months in 60% new French Oak. The Zin comes from 4hearts Vineyard located in the heart of the Willow Creek District. It’s full in body and compliments foods such as grilled sausage, lamb burgers, or bone in pork chops.
