The GlenAllachie 18 Year is a flagship expression from the independently owned Speyside distillery revitalized by legendary master distiller Billy Walker. Since acquiring the distillery in 2017, Walker has drawn on over five decades of blending expertise to reimagine GlenAllachie’s house style, meticulously hand-selecting and marrying casks from the distillery’s extensive warehouses—some of which date back to the 1970s. Every detail of production is carefully overseen, from unusually long 160-hour fermentations to a deliberate, slow distillation that yields a robust, characterful spirit.
