Since acquiring the distillery in 2017, Walker has drawn on over five decades of blending expertise to reimagine GlenAllachie’s house style, meticulously hand-selecting and marrying casks from the distillery’s extensive warehouses—some of which date back to the 1970s. Every detail of production is carefully overseen, from unusually long 160-hour fermentations to a deliberate, slow distillation that yields a robust, characterful spirit.
