This heavily peated single malt is a blend of peated and unpeated malts distilled in 2018 and 2019, aged for an average of 4 to 5 years in a mix of casks, including ex-bourbon barrels, sherry casks.
Each cask is hand-selected by the master distiller Oishi-san, who juxtaposes the beauty of light and dark by presenting a soft silky texture alongside the bold sherry influence of the cask.
