This meticulously aged bourbon, with its eight-year maturation, offers a rich depth and complexity. The name "Pomp and Circumstance" captures both the bourbon's age and its grandeur, reflecting the ceremonial essence of a well-aged spirit.
Upon tasting, the initial sweetness of caramel and vanilla from the nose gives way to a palate dominated by black pepper, oak, cinnamon, and rye spice, with a slight hint of soapy cereal grain. The finish is long and spicy.
Aging only on the top floors of our warehouses and removed only at peak maturity, select barrels are carefully selected by the Master Distiller and married to create our small batch bourbon.
This bourbon exhibits a coppery red color. The nose is greeted with inviting aromas of vanilla, sweet cream, nutmeg, honey, and oak. On the palate, it offers a harmonious blend of cherry, vanilla, clove, caramel, and cola flavors.
