Nurtured for 8 to 10 years before harvest, this limited edition reflects a patient, artisanal process where each small batch is unique—with just 289 vessels produced. Housed in handcrafted ceramic containers by Mexican artisans, it honors the lineage of its creators.
This expression unfolds with an earthy and herbaceous character layered with grassy, jalapeño-like warmth and subtle mineral undertones that lend complexity without overwhelming intensity. A delightful match would be barbeque ribs, barbacoa or ribeye steak.
