The base spirit is Japan's national liquor, "honkaku shochu. " Five carefully selected botanicals are distilled using the shochu manufacturing techniques of Yamamoto Shuzo, the shochu kingdom of Kagoshima. The botanicals are exquisitely blended to bring out their natural aromas, resulting in a craft gin that evokes the tradition, nature, and charm of Japan. The botanicals used are juniper, coriander, yuzu, orange, and black pepper. It has a refreshing and sharp taste that is delicious on the rocks and also makes you want to drink it in a martini.
