In select historic vintages (primarily around the late 1990s and up to 2001), Duclot occasionally assembled expanded 12-bottle presentation cases. Rather than adding more châteaux, these ultra-rare 12-packs usually feature doubles of the highest-scoring right-bank icons—most notably packing 2x bottles of Pétrus along with the core First Growth line.

Left Bank Bottles (Lafite, Latour, Margaux, Mouton, Haut-Brion, La Mission): Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon (typically 70%–85%), padded with Merlot and small fractions of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
Right Bank Bottles (Pétrus, Cheval Blanc, Ausone): Dominated heavily by Merlot (up to 100% in the case of Pétrus) and Cabernet Franc (roughly 50% in the case of Cheval Blanc)
