Sarasara is unofficially classified as a ‘light Nigori’, meaning it’s less cloudy than a typical Nigorii, unfiltered sake. With a 50% polish ratio of Dewasansan and Haenuki, this is also a very high end Ginjo sake that’s light, fragrant and delicious with just a touch of the funky fermentation flavors that are typical of Nigori sake.
