A clear rice produced using fermented sorghum, organic wheat, and water. Despite being made in eye-wateringly large quantities. Distributed by French Cognac maker Camus, Kweichow Moutai Flying Fairy Baiju is fermented at least eight times, distilled 7 times, and aged for a minimum of 5 years in specifically crafted cellars - resulting in the purest quality possible. This unique spirit has a distinctive nutty flavor that draws a likeness to almond and walnut with a slight umami finish.
