Bouquet is semisweet and prune-like; several minutes of aeration unleashes much deeper scents of honeydew melon, cantaloupe, roasted almonds and apple butter.
This one is something uncommon in the sake world—a blend of multiple batches of different sake! They all use the same rice and water so there is some consistency, but it’s still quite complex.

The journey through Casa Obsidiana Anejo begins with a double-barreling process that imparts layers of flavor. Aged for 13 months in heavy-char American oak Bourbon barrels, followed by an additional four months in French oak wine barrels.
