Guizhou Moutai (Yisi Year of the Snake) is carefully selected from the core production area of Guizhou Moutai. Benefiting from the region’s unique natural environment, it is crafted using locally sourced premium glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water.
The 2025 Guizhou Moutai (Yisi Year of the Snake) continues the design philosophy of the Zodiac Series. The bottle is crafted from ceramic and topped with a golden cap embossed with the seal-script character “snake.”
It is characterized by a prominent natural aroma, an elegant and delicate profile, a rich and full-bodied palate, a long-lasting finish, and a lingering fragrance.

30ml Moutai, 30ml Lycheé liqueur, 30ml Fiery Ginger Mixer, 20ml Basil Syrup, Topped with Soda Water, 2x drop of Soy Sauce
Combine Moutai, lychee liqueur, Fiery Ginger Mixer, and Basil Syrup in an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice, top with soda water, and add two drops of soy sauce. Gently stir before serving.
