Unlike the classic white porcelain bottle, San Hua Feitian draws design inspiration from the “Flying Apsaras” depicted in the Dunhuang murals. The imperial yellow color scheme adds a sense of nobility, while the patterns are hand-painted, vividly showcasing profound cultural heritage and aesthetic elegance. Built upon the legacy of Kweichow Moutai, it organically integrates ancient history and tradition, refined heritage, the Dunhuang Flying Apsaras imagery, ceramic artistry, and Moutai liquor culture, opening a journey into the world of cultural Moutai.

Produced in the core production area of Kweichow Moutai in Guizhou, it benefits from a unique natural environment. Using locally sourced premium glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water, and crafted through the scientifically refined traditional Daqu sauce-aroma baijiu process, it is carefully brewed for five years.

产自贵州茅台酒核心产区,利用得天独厚的自然环境,以本地优质糯高粱、小麦、水为原料,采用科学独特的大曲酱香型白酒传统工艺精心酿制,历经五年而成。

The Moutai spirit is made from a mix of locally produced red sorghum (a small grain rich in tannins), wheat, and water. It is 100% organic, without the addition of any artificial additives. The distillate will be kept in big terracotta pots for at least 3 years, enabling the spirit to reach its 155 different aromatic substances, like the aromas of wheat, grain, hazelnut, roasted walnut, various fruits, mint, caramel, chocolate, floral and herbal aspects, and many more.

The Moutai spirit is manually cultivated following the lunar calendar, and the art of production is passed on from generation to generation. Every production cycle takes one year. From the selection of ingredients to the delivery of the finished product, the production cycle takes 5 years, passing through no less than 30 processes and 165 different procedures. Only brandy from the town of Cognac can be labeled Cognac, the same goes for Moutai, which can only be produced in Moutai town. Any attempts to replicate this unique baijiu elsewhere have failed. The environment and ancient methods have created an irreplaceable product!

Moutai 1cl, Lime Syrup 1cl, Milk Lemongrass Juice 2cl, Ginger Watermelon Juice 2cl, Passion Fruit Juice 4cl

Pour 1 cl of Moutai, 1 cl of lime syrup, 2 cl of milk lemongrass juice, 2 cl of ginger watermelon juice, and 4 cl of passion fruit juice into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until thoroughly chilled, then strain into a glass and serve immediately.
