This quintessential Ginjo from the "Best Known Brewery In Japan" has a dynamic aroma filled with pear, rose petal, cucumber and steamed rice tones. Talk about an ultra clean experience, the term flavored water comes to mind. There are hints of cooked pear and grapefruit elements surrounded by silky waves of steamed rice wrapped in semi-thick fluid.
Light, clean, with a delicate fragrance. The vibe is very "white, freshly laundered Gap basic T-shirt with a spritz of CK one in the mid 90's." So ultra clean, it has a flavored-water feel. A definitive Koshi no Kanbai style, often emulated, never duplicated.
