Released in December 2024, this 12‑year‑old wheated straight bourbon began as a blend of 12-, 13-, and 14‑year‑old barrels before receiving a secondary finish in air‑dried, lightly toasted Limousin oak cigar barrels. These elongated vessels—traditionally used for aging Brazilian spirits—offer increased wood contact and impart unique tannins and sugars, enhancing spice, toast, and toasted oak character. At cask strength (121.16 proof / 60.58% ABV), Volume VI is encased in a hand-crafted ceramic decanter adorned with Dylan’s Brazil Series painting "Favela Villa Candido," making it both a sensory and aesthetic experience.
